Story Transcript:

Sl: Mateja je sedela za svojo pisalno mizo, ki je bila polna dokumentov in map.
En: Mateja was sitting at her desk, which was full of documents and folders.

Sl: Poletni sončni žarki so prodirali skozi okna pisarne, vendar njen um je bil poln skrbi namesto poletne lahkotnosti.
En: The summer sun's rays were streaming through the office windows, but her mind was full of worries instead of summer lightness.

Sl: Dan je bil naporen, povsod so bili zaposleni sodelavci, ki so se hitro gibali med mizami, medtem ko je v ozadju slišala stalen zvok klimatske naprave.
En: The day was hectic, with busy colleagues moving quickly between desks, while in the background, she could hear the constant hum of the air conditioner.

En: He followed her enthusiastically, talking about weekend plans and all the nonsense in the world.

Sl: Mateja se je nasmehnila, čeprav ji je um melo na nujnosti opravkov.
En: Mateja smiled, even though her mind was racing with the urgency of her tasks.

Sl: "Seveda, Tomaž, lahko greš.
En: "Of course, Tomaž, you can come.

Sl: Ampak danes res moram hiteti.
En: But I really need to hurry today."

Sl: " S poletnim vetrom, ki je pihal skozi avta okno, sta se zapeljala proti papirnici.
En: With the summer wind blowing through the car window, they drove towards the stationery store.

Sl: Ko sta vstopila, je bilo očitno, da so police skoraj prazne.
En: When they entered, it was obvious that the shelves were almost empty.

Sl: Kriza!
En: Crisis!

Sl: Potrebovala je fascikle in mapice, nujno.
En: She urgently needed folders and file organizers.

Sl: Medtem ko je živahno iskala po policah, jo je Tomaž nenehno prekinjal.
En: While she energetically searched the shelves, Tomaž kept interrupting her.

Sl: "Si videla tisto novo serijo?
En: "Did you see that new series?

Sl: Res je smešna!
En: It's really funny!"

Sl: " Mateja se je trudila ostati vljudna, a koncentracija ji je uhajala.
En: Mateja tried to stay polite, but her concentration was slipping.

Sl: "Slišala sem, ampak res moram najti te fascikle," je odločno rekla Mateja in se pomaknila proti koncu police.
En: "I’ve heard of it, but I really need to find these folders," she said firmly and moved toward the end of the shelf.

Sl: V zadnjem trenutku je opazila zadnji paket fasciklov na polici, nekdo drug pa je bil prav tako usmerjen nazaj.
En: At the last moment, she spotted the last pack of folders on the shelf, and someone else was also heading towards it.

Sl: Z odločnostjo je hitela naprej in prijazno, a hitro rekla: "To je moje!
En: With determination, she rushed forward and kindly but quickly said, "That's mine!"

Sl: " Obvladala je, fascikli so bili njeni.
En: She managed, and the folders were hers.

Sl: Ko se je vrnila v pisarno, je Mateja z novimi mapami uredila svojo mizo.
En: When she returned to the office, Mateja organized her desk with the new files.

Sl: Dokumenti so končno našli svoje mesto, njeni možgani pa so našli svoj mir.
En: The documents finally found their place, and her mind found its peace.

Sl: Pogledala je na uro, še vedno je bilo dovolj časa za nekaj produktivnega dela.
En: She looked at the clock, and there was still enough time for some productive work.

Sl: Tomaž je prišel mimo in prikimaval z nasmehom.
En: Tomaž passed by, nodding with a smile.

Sl: "Vidim, da si vse uredila.
En: "I see you've sorted everything.

Sl: Super, danes sem te mogoče malo preveč motil?
En: Great, maybe I disturbed you a bit too much today?"

Sl: " je spraševal s kančkom samokritike.

Sl: "Vse v redu, Tomaž.
En: "Everything's fine, Tomaž.
