How to Achieve Permanent Weight Loss

A lifestyle with a lot of sitting and little to no exercise is bad for your health. It affects your body and you can have health risks. By not getting regular exercise, you gain weight, your immune system may not work as well, you raise your risk of diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure amongst more. The more sedentary you are, the higher your health risks are.
You can change your lifestyle. You can jump from a sedentary life to a place where your health is a strength or a superpower.
In this episode I share the key core ingredient to losing weight and gaining an ideal weight for a healthy long life.
I suggest creating and maintaining a new body image for yourself. It starts with one step, visualizing how you want to feel and act in your new body. It is important you keep that in your mind and repeat it over and over again so it becomes part of your unconscious identity. This avoids you from falling back into the “yo-yo cycle” and gaining weight again. Thinking everyday of that new version of yourself is going to be your set point of a thermostat that you always can come back to.
