Bob Hazelton
Description
Broadcast Date – June 25, 2025
Our chats will be just very conversational, not entirely sensible, and with any luck totally enjoyable. And you know it’s always a treat with I’ve got my favourite person on the planet in the co-host seat, indeed The Sidekick is here to introduce today’s very special guest.
“I sure am and but I’m not sure Special goes far enough. He is, without question, one of my all time favourite teachers – he’s been such an inspiration to me over the years and not just as my AP English Teacher. He’s so smart and funny and so incredibly considerate of all his students. He has been such a huge part of our FOREST HEIGHTS COMMUNITY and this week not only will my glass be graduating but after 35 years today’s guest will be retiring.”
Thirty-five years a teacher that’s well worth celebrating, and we’ll learn the secret to his longevity and so much more, including the career path he originally planned to follow and the family member who steered him in the right direction. We’ll also discuss his riveting role in this year’s school play, discover the many moving parts amid all the pomp and circumstance, and he’ll even give me pointers on what to put into my Valedictorian address. Plus, we’ll get to 1st things first, play an enlightening round of insights in 10 and even spin some of his favourite tunes throughout the hour – so with all that ahead, we best get to it. Here’s our sit-down conversation with the one and only BOB HAZLETON. (you’ll find the player at the bottom this post)
