Hi everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 31. A few quick opening notes- enrollment is now open for The Goddess Way of Losing Weight. It’s 21 days of high quality coaching with me and a wonderful supportive group of women. We will transform together, create new habits and find more joy in each day while discovering peace around food and love for our bodies. I love this program, I believe in it, and I know it works. Ok now onto today’s episode. Today we are stepping out of wanting and stepping into being. When we are feeling stuck.. We are. We are stuck in the want. We are wanting so hard, yearning, desiring, demanding. But we're not taking the actions we need. We need to step into the role of being. Taking the steps today to be the person we want to be.
Instead of thinking change is hard, lean into that maybe it’s uncomfortable. It’s different, but let’s let go of hard.
It’s a zig, when you’ve been zagging. We got this.
We have habits and routines that are keeping us here, and it’s time to change them up to bring ourselves into the next best version of ourselves. Nourishing who we are. Our bodies, minds, and souls.

What have you been wanting so hard for so long?
Write down what comes to mind, continue to get clear. As we write some of these wants down, we may come to realize we actually don’t want some of them right now. Circle those and draw an arrow putting them to the side for now. Focus on what you find the most important. Focus on what will bring you joy today and continue to build up your joy and wellbeing over time.

Today’s meditation is “I am stepping into the next best version of me”
Take a moment to settle in…
Stretching out any parts of your body that may be holding tension.
Circle your next around from side to side.
Roll your shoulders a few times forward and a few times back
Maybe raise your arms over your head and lean side to side.
Twist out any tension in your back
Your hips and leads.
Arms wrists.
Fingers and toes.
Release your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out.
I am stepping into the next best version of me
I am stepping out of wanting and into being
I am stepping away from fear and into success.
I am stepping away from what's holding me back and stepping into an amazing future.
I am letting go of all that does not serve me. Past habits, negative thoughts and what else that is keeping me stagnant.
I am ready to flow
I am ready to glide
I am ready to float along in the joyful journey.
I am giving energy to all the best parts of me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Take a moment to envision yourself. See yourself stepping into the next best version of you. Healthy, glowing, confident. Free of what’s holding you back.
You see yourself taking big strides with ease. Happy, healthy, strong.
You are free from the struggle you put on yourself.
You go with the the flow and accept what is out of your control and focus on what is.
You are calm, you are at peace, you are filled with joy.
Take a moment to see yourself as her, the woman you dream of. Connected with herself and engaged in her relationships. She’s internally living. Mindful in the moments in between.
