This episode is inspired by a 1:1 session I had with a listener that took advantage of my freebie call. 


I may have mentioned this in a previous episode, but honestly I can’t remember, so I think it's a great time for a refresh. 


As women, especially care takers, whether it be your taking care of a child or loved one… we have a never ending to-do list.  This at times cna feel very overwhelming, and you might feel like you’re not getting enough done in a day, or paralyzed with how much you  quote unquote have to get done. 


Grab your journal… 


I have a way to simplify… focus on 3 goals for the day. 


Breathe, relax, and think of just the 3 of most important things you want to do today.


So for example me: Today- be a good and present mom, write & record this episode, make sure I take my vitamins. 


Those are 3 amazing things, and if that’s all I do, that’s enough.  Because you darn well know that you, me, us, we get way more done each day than a list of 3 things.


You can make your list specific or general depending on what you are working on in your life. So a few examples if you’re working on specific goals: Drink X amount of ounces of water today, finish my project at work, go to the gym.  


Create a list of 3 that feels good for you. 


Then at the end of the day.. Celebrate your successes. You can check off those 3 things and then take a moment of all that you did in between…


Doing this makes you notice how much you actually do get done a day… because you’ll get these 3 things done today, but also a million other things inbetween…. 


Making this list, really puts it into perspective but also really helps you to be more intentional with your day, thus feeling successful, accomplished, and in alignment. 


Now on to today’s meditation which will be a short one of affirmations for success and health.


Take a moment to settle in… release any stress you're holding in any area of your body.  Your neck, shoulders, and back.. Your arms, legs, hips, wrists, fingers, ankles and toes. .. relax your forehead, release your jaw, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. 



I am a confident and capable woman, capable of achieving any goal I set my mind to.


I am deserving of success, and I embrace the opportunities that come my way.


My mind is powerful, and I attract positive energy and success into my life.


I trust in my abilities and believe in my potential to create the life I desire.


I am in control of my thoughts and choose to focus on what empowers me.


Every challenge I face is an opportunity for growth and learning.


I prioritize self-care and nourish my body, mind, and soul with love and kindness.


I am a magnet for prosperity, and abundance flows into every area of my life.
