Hi everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 35. I was on LA weight Loss by age 12, a weight loss doctor age 13, and Weight Watchers by age 17. Successful at all of them but the weight always finding its way back. My program is different and can be used along with whatever other programs you are in or meal programs you are on. It’s not a fad diet, it's not body shaming and not a hard core workout. It’s daily inspiration to help you love yourself healthy, create your own personal goals and find peace around food and just in your daily life. Together we let go of limiting beliefs and put our self care back on top of our to-do lists.

OK so now onto today’s episode…
So as I’m reading and updating the weight loss program, I was reminded about towards and away from motivations. I have probably mentioned them in season 1, but I thought now is the perfect time to go over them again and update them.
Take out your journal….
Today’s intention is I am gliding towards my goals and dreams with ease.What are your towards and away from motivations?
What do you want more of?
What do you want less of?
Don’t judge yourself, just be real with your thoughts and feelings. Writing this all down will help us glide towards those motivations with ease and let go of what is no longer serving us.
Meditation:
Take a moment to settle in releasing tension in your neck and shoulders, your back and hips, your arm wrists, legs, ankles, fingers and toes, unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

The best you starts now, in this moment, You are taking time for you.
Breathe in and out
You are finding the tools that work for you. Routines and habits that bring you health, wealth, joy and love.
You’re trying on for size, doing what feels good for you. Practicing new daily habits to help you feel great today and even better over time.
Breath in and outI can succeed on the path of ease.
I can achieve my hopes, goals and dreams in all the ways that feel good for me.
I can take the path of least resistance.
My dreams are coming true.
I am becoming the next best version of me.
I am grateful for how far I’ve come.
I have achieved and accomplished so much, and will continue to do so in a way that excites me.
I focus on what I can control. And let go of what I can’t.
I am grateful for each day.

Take your time coming back into today… gently taking another deep breath in and out, becoming more aware of your current surroundings, opening your eyes and wiggling your fingers and toes.
Remember to bring the feelings of belief, gratitude and love into your day.
We are living the life of our dreams and create even more while we are here on this beautiful planet.
