In today’s episode I wanted to dig a little deeper in our wellness coaching journey. There’s only one person that stands between you and your dreams and that person is you. It’s kinda of a tough pill to swallow yet we all know it.
It’s our thoughts, our actions and limiting beliefs that stand in the way of us and our dreams. We hold all the knowledge, courage, insight, perseverance, etc etc. We can be anything we want. We can have the life of our dreams. What is stopping us?Take out your journal.. Think on that for a moment- what are some beliefs that are holding you back? What are some habits that might be in your way? Are there negative thoughts you need to let go of?Now write what can I do to get out of my own way? Or How do I get out of my own way?
I’m going to give you 3 to start then you dig deeper and into more of the specifics of your own life.
Gratitude. Every day wake up grateful for a new day, and everynight go to sleep grateful for what you have.
Start taking action! Massive action and little actions, everyday! If you’re like me and working on some major dreams, it’s time to take some big actions. Send out a big ask, check off of a big to-do list, try all the different ways until you find the perfect way for you.
Mindset. You are the ONLY cheerleader you need. You need to believe in yourself 100% do not let self doubt hold you back. If it's possible for others it IS possible for you.
Breathe into this… if specific action steps, thoughts, behaviors come up, write them down.
I am getting out of my own way. I am releasing what no longer serves nme and replacing it with what I need to, to be the person I dream of. The person I am and the person I am meant to be. I am ready to create changes and take big and small inspired action steps. I can see myself today, this week and this month stepping into the role of being the best me. I’m asking for help where I need it, I am taking care of my health, mind and body. I am saying no to events that do not serve me, I am saying no to relationships that do not serve me, I am saying no to negative thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve me.
I am stepping into saying yes, to living the life of my dreams, I am saying yes to trying new ways, paths and routes to get there. I am saying yes to the people that support me, I am saying yes to a positive, mindful and grateful mindset.
I believe in myself. Even if others may feel I am unrealistic or wildly optimistic I know I can and I know I will achieve what I set out to.
I am strong. I am capable, I am talented. I am healthy, I am grateful. I am mindful. I know the more I love life, life moves me back. The more I put it the more I will get out. I fully support myself and my dreams. I know they can come true, because look where I am today.
I am stepping out of my own way.
